Recipe Request; Strawberry Green Salad

This recipe is known to our family as Kali's salad. She got the recipe from her sister, Kristy. Melena has asked for the recipe which reminded me that I have never served it without someone requesting the recipe...

The Salad:
Mix together the following-
1 large bag of spring greens or chopped romaine
1/2 cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 red oinion- chopped
8 oz. fresh strawberries- sliced
1/2 bag of Heath toffee chips [without chocolate; I find them at Walmart in the baking section by the chocolate chips]

Poppy Seed Dressing:
With a whire whisk whip together the following:
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup milk
1/8 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. poppy seed

HINT: Add the dressing, strawberries and toffee chips just before serving... yummy!

You use a wire whisk, right? I will definitely give this a try tonight, but I am afraid that I do not have red onions!!

Don't worry about the onion being red. Sweet onions are best [like Vidalia] but I've used all kinds. Some are just a little more stout!

And yes, the wire whisk helps give the dressing a really smooth quality. We just had some. Delicious!
P.S. There are NO calories in this salad. :)
